The lightweight CRM for small teams

Every enquiry, followed up.

Enquiries land on your board by themselves, the right people hear straight away, and every morning DealJar tells you who's waiting on a reply.

What it does

The parts of a CRM a small team actually uses.

No forty-tab setup, no add-on store, no training course. Just the things that turn an enquiry into a customer, in one place.

Pipelines you can see

A board for each kind of work, with your own stages. Drag a deal along as it moves from New to Won.

Enquiries in, automatically

Your website form drops each enquiry straight onto the board as a new lead. No copying and pasting.

Contacts and companies

Every lead keeps its contact details, company, notes, calls, attachments and emails. Group by company to see everyone you know there.

Tasks that don't slip

Give any lead a task with a due date. Everything due shows up in one list, and in tomorrow morning's digest.

Send from your own Gmail

Connect Gmail and send from DealJar with reusable templates. Leads move to Replied on their own when someone writes back.

Sequences

Line up a series of follow-up emails for a lead and DealJar sends them on schedule and stops when they reply.

Simple automations

When a deal enters a stage, DealJar can create a task, send a template or email the team. Set it once.

Your own forms

Build enquiry forms with the questions you need, put them on your site, and every answer lands on the lead.

Reports that make sense

Pipeline value by stage, won revenue by month, win rate, average days to win and progress against your monthly goal.

Also: hosted proposal pages, open and click tracking on emails you send, archive, CSV import and export, and sign-in with Google or an emailed code for the people you allow.

How it works

From first enquiry to won, without anything going quiet.

  1. An enquiry comes in

Someone fills in the form on your website. DealJar creates the lead and emails the team.

  2. You get in touch

Reply from your own Gmail with a template. Notes, calls and tasks sit on the lead, so anyone can pick it up.

  3. DealJar keeps watch

A daily digest lists who needs a nudge, follow-up drafts wait in Gmail for you to check, and you get a hot-lead alert the moment someone clicks or replies.

  4. You close it

Send a proposal, move the deal to Won, and watch it show up in your reports.

Every morning

Start the day knowing who's waiting.

Around 7am, DealJar emails a short digest: tasks due, new enquiries, who opened or clicked yesterday, and leads that have gone quiet. Follow-up drafts are already sitting in Gmail, ready to check. DealJar never sends them without you.

Why DealJar

Built by people who've had enquiries slip through the cracks.

We've started and grown our own businesses, and we got tired of paying for big CRMs we only used a tenth of. So we built the part we needed, and we use it every day.

Tested on us

DealJar runs the enquiries and partnerships pipeline in a business we own. If something's annoying, we feel it first and fix it.

No bloat

Every feature is there because we kept needing it. If a small team wouldn't use it this week, it isn't in.

Made in New Zealand

Designed and built by Rebellion Digital, a small studio in Aotearoa. Talk to the people who make it.
